Agreeableness

The ability to get along with others.

Conscientiousness

The ability to be organized, dependable, and achievement driven.

Extroversion

The ability to enjoy social settings and new interpersonal relationships.

Neuroticism

A tendency toward stress and emotional instability.

Openness

The ability or willingness to seek out and accept new experiences.

“Big Five” Personality Traits

A theory on personality that breaks up human personality into five different dimensions: openness, conscientiousness, extroversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism.
